Our suspended ceilings of dimensions 0,7x600x600 mm containing aluminium sheets (semi-finished) of dimensions 0,7x636x636 mm are rolled out.

The Aluminum and Copper Profile Production Plant produces profiles for facades, aluminum billets of length 6 meters and diameters 152 mm, 178 mm, 203 mm and 254 mm, hot and cold series profiles, window systems, aluminium electrical bus bars used in high-voltage rooms, standard profiles and profiles according to the client’s specifications.

Anticorrosive and painting works on various complex metal structures and their parts used in construction, machine building and other industries. The workshop consists of two zones: sandblasting (surface preparation) and painting.

The width of the produced profiled sheets is 1100 and 1090 mm, and the length is 2÷15 meters.

Our aluminum extrusion press lines have the capacity to produce 4500 tons of aluminum profiles per year.We can paint up to 2880 tons of metal profiles per year using our powder coating lines.

Aluminum and polymer pipes used in greenhouses are manufactured in our factory using the latest technology and equipment. Our greenhouses are equipped with modern temperature and humidity control equipment, and additional irrigation systems.

The product is offered to customers in sizes of 1170x2230 mm and in a color of their choice.

The density of polyurethane panels is 38÷42 kg/m³. Depending on customer request, the steel sheets in any thickness and colour are applied during production of panels. The width of panels is normally 1 meter and length thereof is 3÷15 meter. The thicknesses of the end product is 50, 70, 100 mm.

Panels consist of 0.5 mm thick, pre-painted aluminum sheets, and the polymer (based on low pressure polyethylene) was stacked between them. Adhesion to aluminum plate is provided with adhesive granules. It has superior surface resistance due to painted top aluminum sheets. The building's interior and exterior fronts, decorative programs, advertising boards are the main areas of use.
